NSF (UK) permits attendees to take photographs or still images at the venue for personal, non-commercial use only. Except for this permitted use, attendees must not record, transmit, broadcast, stream, or otherwise distribute any audio, video, images, recordings, or descriptions of the event or venue via the internet, radio, television, or any other current or future media platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, any photographs, video footage, or other audio-visual material captured within the venue may not be sold, published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from NSF (UK).

NSF (UK) reserves the right to confiscate any such material where unauthorised commercial use is suspected.

FILMING AND BROADCASTING AT THE VENUE

During the event, photography, filming, and broadcasting may take place throughout the venue. By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept that they may appear in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or live broadcasts as members of the audience or crowd (the “Content”).

Where required by applicable law, attendees grant NSF (UK), its licensees, and authorised third parties a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, and otherwise exploit such Content, including the attendee’s image, likeness, and voice, in any media now known or developed in the future, without compensation or credit.

Attendees further acknowledge that NSF (UK) has a legitimate interest in using such Content, including any personal data contained within it, for purposes including but not limited to:

• broadcasting and distributing coverage of the event across television, radio, print, online, and other media platforms;
• promotional, marketing, editorial, and publicity purposes;
• safety, security, and training purposes; and
• use by commercial partners, accredited media organisations, and other authorised third parties
